RESERVATION GUDELINES
- Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to a one-night surcharge based on room availability.
- As per J&K government guidelines, all guests are required to present an original valid photo ID upon check-in (except Pan Card and Driver’s License). For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the reservation is canceled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged and the advance amount will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation request is received between 10 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 night’s stay will be charged.
- If the cancellation request/notification is received less than 7 days before the arrival check-in date, 100% cost of the entire stay will be charged
